I am so glad I have these photos or else I might be tempted to believe this last weekend was merely a dream for what I could want but not possibly actually have.
On Friday, several of my favorite women came to stay. Stephen camped out at my mom's house and we women (plus baby Eli) took over the house.
To say I am grateful for these people is an understatement. Their stories have shaped mine and I love them each with so much of my heart. Our paths all crossed in Raleigh, and I smile to think about how careful and generous God is to give us the people we need when we really need them.
Just like I needed them then, I need them now, and on Friday they came to celebrate my 30th with all their grand loveliness. We laughed, played, crafted, ate, drank, and told some hilarious stories on ourselves that are making me laugh outloud still. Oh glorious friends. I pray God continues to grow our hearts for Him and one another.
Until next time...
So happy for you all. The effort was so worth it.
