Friday. A day for a post of pictures.
After ironing 21 shirts, four pairs of pants, and one dress (which is nothing heroic but rather a testament to how many weeks I have neglected this least favorite task), I moved on to cleaning the floors.
Dada and Canaan had their own work to do.

She sure looks right at home on dada's back. Thanks for the Friday picture post.

I don't know if your grandmother is still alive, but the best way to appreciate ironing is to iron with your grandmother. Then every time you pick up an iron, you'll hear her voice in the back of your mind telling you how much better ironed clothes are and even how much softer ironed sheets are and you'll begin to love every second.

What a special memory for you! Both of my grandmoms were gone before I was two. I wish I had grandmom memories but that wasn't in the cards for me!

Oh ironing. Hoping you had a fun podcast or good music to listen to during the task! Good thing C & S had such important tasks to keep them busy!

Oh yes! I listened to and highly recommend Tim Keller's sermon called "peace" in iTunes. It was posted november 2012.
